- When will my item be shipped?
Orders are shipped out daily. Most orders ship out within 48 hours.
- How can I track my order?
When orders have shipped an email will be sent to the email address supplied with all necessary tracking information.
- Do you have a size guide?
Yes please look under Customer Support and click on to size charts. There you will find a listing of the size chart of the designers that we showcase. However it should be noted that not all designers publish a size chart. In that event we will recommend a compatible size chart to use as a guide based on our experience with that designer. - Do you offer coupons codes?
Yes! Exclusive promotions, coupon codes and special sale events are offered throughout the season. Please make sure to subscribe our VIP mailing list to be the first to hear about VIP events. 5. What is your return policy?
All items with the exception of swimwear are eligible to be returned. All items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, no makeup stains, and tags attached. For a detail explanation of our customer friendly return policy please go to Customer Support and click Deliveries/Returns.
- My order arrived incomplete, what now?
In the event that one of your outfits is on backorder, the items that are ready to ship will be sent within 48 hours. The item that is on backorder will be indicated on your packing slip. When an item is available to ship it will be sent to you immediately. We do not hold your order until all items are available. This will be noted on your packing slip.
- Are store gift cards available?
Yes! Gift cards can be the perfect gift.
